 In case of any issues with your order, we are here to help.

1. Contact for Complaints & Assistance

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or have any concerns, please contact our Customer Care Executive within 24 hours of receiving the product:

Please include the following details when reaching out:

  • Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Supporting Photos (if applicable)

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

You may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was received damaged or defective (seal must be intact).
  • The product is expired or past its valid usage date at the time of delivery.
  • The product received does not match the item ordered.

All return requests are subject to verification by our customer care team. If your claim is found to be valid after inspection, BLACKTREE will initiate either:

  • A replacement of the item, or
  • A refund, at our discretion.

Verification is typically completed within 72 business hours of complaint receipt.

4. Refund Process

  • For orders that cannot be fulfilled or are validly cancelled, the amount collected will be refunded within 72 business hours of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mode deemed appropriate by BLACKTREE.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or opened.
  • The return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product packaging is tampered or original tags/labels are missing.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Batch number mismatch between the product and the invoice.

6. Right to Cancel Orders

BLACKTREE reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly.
