Any defect or complaints can be referred to the company’s CRM Executive at +91 99115 77014 or can be emailed to us at customercare@blacktree.co.in.

The customer can cancel the order for the product until it is shipped. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

The user may return the product in the following cases by raising a complaint with customer care within 24 hours of receipt:

  • Product(s) delivered were defective/damaged (returns will not be accepted if the seal is tampered);
  • Product(s) delivered are expired or past their valid date;
  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order.

While returning goods, please provide the following details: order number, your name, name of the product, and the reason for return. Our customer care team will verify the claim within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of complaint receipt. If the claim is found genuine and reasonable, we will initiate either a replacement or a refund, at BLACKTREE’s discretion.

For all orders which could not be executed, the amount collected will be refunded within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the confirmation of cancellation by BLACKTREE. Such refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the payment gateway or any other mode deemed appropriate by BLACKTREE.


Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Product has been used;
  • Return request is made after the specified time frame;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, price tags, or labels;
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer;
  • The batch number of the returned product does not match the invoice.

BLACKTREE reserves the right to cancel any order without assigning any reason.
