The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) purchasing products of BLACKTREE Pvt. Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 (hereinafter “BLACKTREE”) through its website and making online payments through the payment gateway of BLACKTREE’s website i.e. blacktree.co.in
Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Each User accepts and agrees that the provision of details of his / her use of the Website to regulators or police or to any other third party in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Website shall be at the absolute discretion of “BLACKTREE”.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and “BLACKTREE” and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the User and BLACKTREE.
BLACKTREE – Cash on Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Order Placement: a. COD is available for Cart Value Rs. 500.00 to Rs. 2000.00
- Eligibility: a. COD may not be available for all locations or customers.
b. BLACKTREE reserves the right to determine eligibility for COD on a case-by-case basis. - Confirmation Call: a. A representative from BLACKTREE may contact the customer to confirm the order details before processing COD orders.
b. Failure to respond to the confirmation call may result in order cancellation. - Payment on Delivery: a. Payment must be made in cash to the delivery person at the time of product delivery.
b. Exact change is encouraged to facilitate a smooth transaction. - Product Inspection: a. Customers are encouraged to inspect the products upon delivery.
b. Any concerns or discrepancies with the delivered products should be communicated to the delivery person and reported to BLACKTREE promptly. - Cancellation Policy: a. Orders placed using COD can be canceled before shipment.
b. Once the product is handed over to the delivery person, cancellations will not be accepted. - Non-Availability: a. In case the customer is not available at the provided address during the delivery attempt, BLACKTREE reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Fees and Charges: a. Additional charges, such as delivery fees, may apply and will be communicated to the customer during the order confirmation.
- Returns and Refunds: a. COD orders are eligible for returns and refunds based on BLACKTREE’s standard return policy.
b. Refunds for COD orders will be processed through the customer’s provided bank account details. - Modification of Terms:
a. BLACKTREE reserves the right to modify these COD terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
